Uberman: Day 2


I overslept again..pretty much the same time-bracket, too. I woke up at 7:30. Obviously the 5-8:00 bracket of time is the hardest for my body, so I'm going to have to set another alarm and try some other ways of making sure I get up.
I'm going to try my hardest to adopt this sleep schedule, but if I can't do it by the 15th of August, then I'm going to stop trying and go back to a monophasic sleep schedule. School starts on the 15th, and I don't want to be tired when doing school, that's never a good combination.
